Help Desk Representative - CBO Currently seeking candidates to assist IT Director. Responsibilities include password resets, software installs, virus, spyware and malware removal, setting up new user accounts, setting up voicemail, setting up voicemail passwords, troubleshooting problems with Internet Explorer based applications, replacing toner and pads in desktop printers, assisting desktop support staff in keeping computers patched and up to date, coordinate with desktop support staff to rollout new software as well as upgrade existing software, miscellaneous other duties as requested by management and IT department. (pay rate - $15.00)

Required Skills:

  • Customer Service oriented
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience setting up Outlook e-mail client

Desired Skill:

  • A+ Certification
